Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Expect to receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed for shipping. Your pillow is made to order, to ensure you only receive the best quality product. Typically your pillow should arrive on your doorstep within 24 business days. Shipping typically occurs within 3 business days of your pillow being dispatched. Please contact us with any questions. This is not a guarantee, however, most customers experience this timeline.

Returns Policy

We want to give you a chance to get used to your pillow, because sometimes falling in love takes some time. If you are still not happy with your pillow after 50 nights, please contact us at info@woolow.com. We will be happy to help find the right pillow for you. If you are simply not happy with the product you can also expect a hassle-free refund.

Simply just send the pillow back to:
Woolow, Dunblaney House, Dunmore, Co Galway, Ireland.

Please note that this policy applies only to purchases from www.woolow.com. If you purchased your pillow from another retailer, their return policy may be different and you’ll need to contact them directly for information and help with returns. If returning a product, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
