Your purchase is made to order, to ensure you only receive the best quality product. Typically your Order should arrive on your doorstep within 5 business days. Shipping typically occurs within 3 business days of your order being dispatched. Please contact us with any questions. This is not a guarantee, however, most customers experience this timeline.

If you are still not happy with your pillow after 50 nights, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to help find the right pillow for you. If you are simply not happy with the product you can also expect a hassle-free refund.

Please note that this policy applies only to purchases from www.woolow.com. If you purchased your pillow from another retailer, their return policy may be different and you’ll need to contact them directly for information and help with returns. If returning a product, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
