Woolow FAQs (Top 10)
1. Are Woolow pillows and duvets washable?
No — wool should not be machine washed. To freshen up, simply air your Woolow outside on a dry day. For spills, spot-clean the cotton cover with mild detergent and let it air-dry fully.
2. Do Woolow products help with allergies?
Yes. Wool is naturally hypoallergenic and resists dust mites, mould, and mildew, making Woolow ideal for people with asthma, hay fever, or dust sensitivities.
3. Are Woolow pillows firm or soft?
They’re medium-firm — soft enough for comfort, but supportive enough for healthy neck and spinal alignment.
4. Do Woolow pillows help with neck or back pain?
Many customers report reduced stiffness and better posture support compared to synthetic or down alternatives.
5. Do wool pillows feel hot compared to synthetic or down pillows?
Not at all — wool is the most breathable natural fibre. It regulates temperature to keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter.
6. Where is the wool sourced?
Every Woolow product is filled with locally sourced Irish wool, traceable to farms close to our base in Co. Galway.
7. Are Woolow products vegan?
No — they contain natural wool. However, all wool is sourced through cruelty-free shearing, making Woolow a sustainable and ethical choice.
8. Do you offer a sleep trial or returns?
Yes — every pillow comes with a 50-Night Sleep Trial. If it doesn’t suit you, contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
9. Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery is free in Ireland for orders over €100, with clear flat rates for the UK, EU, and Rest of World.
10. How long do Woolow pillows last?
With proper care, Woolow pillows typically last 3–5 years, much longer than synthetic pillows.
